Born In the Backyard of Northwestern Indiana

Founded in 1994, Ricci’s Landscape Management Inc. is your premier landscaper for landscape design and construction, lawn care and maintenance, irrigation installation and service, snow plowing and removal, outdoor lighting, drainage solutions, and mosquito control solutions to the Northwest Indiana communities. RLM’s team has grown to over 65 employees consisting of a large number of skilled craftsmen, experienced management, and new recruits to the industry being trained by our expert team. 

Dean Ricci started mowing lawns in Lakes of the Four Seasons when he was 10. Several decades later, he has grown his company from just a boy pulling a lawnmower behind his bike to the owner of a multimillion-dollar landscape management company. He believes that learning and implementing translates into a better work life. Dean previously served as the President of the Indiana Nursery Landscape Association, an organization he has been a part of since 2004. Being a member of the INLA has provided Dean with the opportunity to meet fellow tradesmen and business owners who share the same passion in the industry as he does.  

As the successful owner of RLM, Dean believes in giving back to the community. He serves through education, providing internships, sponsoring youth sports programs as well as investing in his employees. To commemorate 30 years in business in 2024, RLM participated in 30 Acts of Kindness aimed at giving back to the Northwest Indiana community. Throughout the year, a diverse range of projects and donations were executed based on the insights and suggestions from our clients, employees, vendors, and their families. This initiative not only allowed us to celebrate our milestone, but also to strengthen our ties with the community we cherish. Through the work and donations that took place this year, RLM celebrated 30 Years in business by proudly donating over $50,000.

Ricci’s Landscape encourages the growth of its employees by offering off-season training courses to obtain proper certifications in the field; this training is not only for the field crew, but also for the office staff. The technicians and office staff at Ricci’s Landscape Management are individually licensed and/or certified and continue their education annually. Our certification program gives us and our customers a sense of competence as well as confidence in our standards of performance, ultimately, delivering a premium quality product to the customer.
